At BLUEZONE, some 100 international Denim- and sportswear suppliers will present their most recent Denim novelties and innovations. Halls 6 + 7 will become the blue hotspot again. Parallel to MUNICH FABRIC START with THE SOURCE and KEYHOUSE, the Zenith area will become the hub of the international denim community with an all-round relevant event program.
With the leitmotif DENIMINED, we invite the industry to have a clear and unique vision in this world of constant change, to show its own DENIMINED… Together with all international industry leaders, let us define or reinterpret the different DENIMINED’s that can be created in the wide world of DENIMS!

MTVBELTS
Established in 1993 in Portugal, MTVBELTS presents several techniques to customize leather garments accessories, such as leather belts, key rings, bracelets, and other leather goods. Modern equipment, quality of workmanship, high-quality raw materials are used to achieve quality and beauty customized products to their customers. Only GOLD RATED LWG vegetable leather is used in their work in such a sustainable way.
Their range varies from leather garment accessories, several techniques to customize belts with prints, trims, stitching to Vintage belts, Jeans Belts, Classic Belts, Belt bags or Bracelets and Keychains as well as leather Business cards or Leather Coasters.

Rota Tekstil is a woven fabric manufacturer specialized in cotton and blended cotton groups. Since 2003, they are developing new fabric designs including tencel, viscose, polyester products. New Fabric Collection by Annanemone
At the upcoming MUNICH FABRIC START, ANNANEMONE will present their material innovations for the Autumn.Winter 25/26
season in the new Design Studios area in the room F 09 on the first floor in S1 DS.
Unusual and visually striking hand painted patterns and illustrations often based on the natural world. The weird and wonderful. Pigeons and flies instead of cats and flamingos. Mushrooms with slugs on them because in nature mushrooms aren’t perfect and often have slugs on them. Anna of annanemone creates everything by hand through the use of gouache, linocut and drawing in her small Prague-based studio. She has a selection of prints for purchase and also creates bespoke custom designs.
Annanemone is a pattern design brand created by the Prague based illustrator Anna Šebestová. All of Anna’s designs are created by hand mostly through the use of gouache and her work is greatly influenced by her love of nature, animals and plants that are not often seen depicted on clothes and products. Anna has contacts among fabric suppliers and sewing studios as annanemone was a clothes brand for about 8 years. Now she focuses on custom designs for brands to have more time to be creative.

At the upcoming MUNICH FABRIC START, around 600 international suppliers will present their material innovations for all apparel segments in the FABRICS Area. The complete product portfolio of fashionable woven and knitted fabrics made of wool, cotton, silk, blends and functional fibres will be presented here. For the Autumn.Winter 25/26 season, we present some new products and highlights from international producers in our FABRICS blog posts:
PONGEES
Shades that fit into the top colour stories for autumn/winter are being promoted by silk specialists Pongees to meet immediate demand from designers looking to place last minute orders. Pongees holds more than 10,000 fabrics in stock and has a 1 metre minimum; it can also supply European buyers with fabrics within a few days, without any additional import charges, just as it did pre Brexit.
The colour stories being promoted, predicted by global consumer and design trend and colour authorities WGSN and Coloro are: Intense Rust, Midnight Plum, Sustained Grey, Cool Matcha and Apricot Crush. “Two years ago, these shades were selected to reflect stability and reassurance that connect with nature, as well as escapism and sustainability. Today they are even more appropriate given how cautious consumers are about the future,” says Nick Moore, managing director, Pongees. “With our huge colour palette, Pongees not only offers the top shades for autumn/winter but also those being tipped for spring 2025 collections.“ Silk is also in vogue, as from an environmentally-friendly perspective it comes from a natural source, is biodegrabable and has a low environmental impact.” Many of Pongees silks are woven from silkworms, whose exclusive diet is the mulberry leaf; its plain dyed fabrics meet OEKO-TEX standards. Pongees’ natural (greige) options are an ideal base for designers to personalise with bespoke prints and dyes to enhance exclusivity.

Mitwill Textiles offers a vast collection of over 70,000 prints and 1,500 garment variations, with 100 new designs every month. Their designer community creates current patterns and garment shapes to anticipate market trends. With advanced digital tools, Mitwill facilitates collaboration and provides rapid prototyping services. Production takes place in a digital microfactory in France and through industrial partners in Europe. Mitwill supports sustainability through European research projects and low-impact printing technologies.
The processes in their in-house digital microfactory are optimised for sustainability. PURE printing on cotton and viscose is particularly resource-efficient and ideally suited for tops and lightweight decorative items. With new offerings for the virtual 3D visualisation of garments, Mitwill is improving the sampling and purchasing process for our customers – quickly and in a resource-saving way. The Italian denim mill Berto produces denim fabrics for well-known Italian and international brands. The company was founded in 1887 in Bovolenta (PD) and it is still run by the 4th generation of the Berto family. The production still takes place in the historic factories as valuable part of the Italian fashion value chain. Berto can be defined as a contemporary craftsman: technicality and manual skills combined with the knowledge acquired over time give life to innovative, high quality and sustainable products. LICA Design Studio invites you to take a closer look at the textile trends which are the inspiring base for the new print collection AW 25/26.
Already from far the scarlet red will strike you. With the colour red one might associate power, wealth and glamour. And it is indeed glamorous when Juliette Binoche walks down the red carpet in her vibrant red gown by Dior at the Festival de Cannes in 2024.
And when she then handed over the honorary Palme d’Or to Meryl Streep, she gave a remarkable, emotional speech in honor of Meryl Streep’s achievements. Moreover, Binoche’s words transfer a strong, empowering energy to women in general. With the various use of the colour red in the new print collection LICA likes to put emphasis on this feminine energy, because we believe this is what the world needs right now.
The red colour palette is most present in the trend Phantasmagoria: The colour fills extravagant floral motifs and abstract organic forms. Sharp contours blur. It is a dark theme that also contains colours like dark blue, anthracite and pink.
In Dream Memories, the colours fade as if a misty veil was thrown over the prints. But next to the nostalgic appearance this trend proposes an edgy twist. The mainly floral patterns seem to be fluid and support the idea of blurred, peaceful memories.

While Dream Memories is a return to former (good) times, New Spheres imagines a new future! The complex trend joins worldly and otherworldly elements, explores crystals and cosmic constellations, and deals with a magical technology on the one hand and a distinct sensitivity on the other hand. The prints are full of contrasts, as they also combine dark and light colours, mainly black and white with strong accents of a cold blue.
The Mother Earth theme has a warm expression. Organic, irregular structures come in earthy tones and fiery colours calmed down by green and blue hues. A strong orange possesses a similar energy like the scarlet red of the Phantasmagoria trend. In the face of today’s world it seems inevitable to remember to worship the planet we live on and the nature we live from. In this trend we consciously assemble and mend earth fragments, imitate explosive patterns and revitalize soothing textures.

As the final act we like to present to you the Circus Act, since this theatrical trend is full of joy and lightness which we all might look for. The stories, that are told by the prints, transfer you to another world. They bring all kinds of animals in the most vibrant colours onto the stage and let acrobats swing through the air. We get lost in cheerful geometric patterns in orange, pink or blue colours.

The four themes represent a wide variety of trends in colours, designs and materials and combine the innovations in the areas of tape, waistband, textile and label. The colours range from classic shades of blue and grey to warm earth tones and strong, radiant colours.
